I do love this movie, and my first time watching it, I had no real idea what was going on. I imagined it would be something like Pulp Fiction, where after a few viewings I would finally see a plot, but this movie is not a Tarantino film. I still do love it all the same, I need to find my copy tonight.

I’ve only added a small detail, but it adds quite a bit of dark humour to the whole thing, in my opinion. For those unfamiliar with the film, Soylent Green is essentially a movie about how overpopulation is solved by making food out of human bodies. If you can’t see it, the man in the lower right corner is (now) wearing a “PETA: People for the Eating of Tasty Animals” shirt, as he is chased by Riot Control attempting to collect more ingredients for Soylent Green. Irony indeed.
